What's different?

We have two jobs, make the coolest grip donuts on the market and make the toughest grip donuts on the market. Fortunately that's not rocket science so we've decided to back every single pair we sell on any marketplace, in any country, at any time with a no questions asked refund or replacement policy.
What's covered?
Essentially anything less than perfection. Mistakes will happen. We are human. Unlike every other grip donut company however, we produce, package and ship every donut by hand at our shop in New Hampshire. Here are some examples of what we cover:
- Print defects such as ghosting, smudges or black marks
- Foam defects such as wrinkles, bends, miscuts
- Lamination defects causing the fabric and foam to seperate
- Accelerated wear and tear, we expect you to get hundreds of rides not just a couple
What's NOT covered?
At the end of the day grip donuts are a wear part. Inevitably they will get old and wear out just like any other part of your bike so we do not cover the normal wear and tear.
Having an issue?
The only thing we need to see before sending a replacement or refund is a picture. We don't like making mistakes as much as you don't like receiving mistakes so let's make sure it doesn't repeat. Email us at Help@gripdonuts.com and we'll get you fixed up.

How the process works:
Email before purchasing for a preview and revisions
1.) Email us! - Whether you have a design already or need help making one from scratch we're here to help!
2.) Finalize a design - We will work with you to "donutify" your one of a kind design.
3.) Pick your quantity - Most forms of payment are accepted.
4.) The printing process begins - As soon as the payment clears we start the manufacturing process.
5.) Delivery day! - Click here for current production times, most orders are shipped within 48 hours and to your door within a week.
6.) Inspect your new one of a kind donuts! - We personally guarantee flawless grip donuts will be delivered to your door. If there's any issues whatsoever let us know and we'll take care of you with extreme generosity.

FAQ
Feel free to contact us at anytime for any questions you may have. If the sun is up we will usually respond within minutes with the exception of the occasional track day.
Fitment
Will NOT fit thumb throttle machines such as ATV's, snowmobiles, three wheelers (Throttle interferes with donut). All dirt bikes, bmx bikes, scooters, and motorcycles with a flange style grip will fit perfect.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). East coast orders usually take about business 3 days, west coast can be 4-5 days depending on how well USPS does their job.
