Shipping policy
Ship time:
- Shipping time for stocked donuts range from 4-6 business days (Custom order shipping here)
- All orders are in the at the post office within 24 hours
- Orders sent before 11am eastern time Monday-Saturday are at the post office same day
- Tracking number is provided within 48 hours of purchase
Carriers:
- USPS is the main carrier for 99.9% of orders
- Fedex is used for bigger orders that are several pounds
International orders:
- We can ship nearly anywhere!
- International shipping is automatically calculated with the lowest possible quote
- If the quote is ridiculous or isn't working, shoot us an email and we'll figure out your options
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping
Side note:
We are, in fact, humans and will make mistakes. If there is a mistake with your order shoot an email to Support@gripdonuts.com and we will work to solve your problem. Make sure to check for something special thrown in as an apology!
