Donut shipping details

Non-Customized Donuts:

• All orders are in the mail within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays)
• Shipping time ranges from 3-5 business days
• Orders made before 10am EST / 9am CST / 8am UTC / 7am PST Monday-Saturday are mailed same day
• Tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of purchase

Customized Donuts:

• Smaller batches are shipped within 48 hours (2-10 pairs)
• Bigger batches are usually completed within 3-4 days (50-500 pairs)

Carriers:

• USPS for orders under 2 pounds
• FedEx for orders over 2 pounds

International orders:

• We ship worldwide! However no free shipping :(
• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping weight
• Standard shipping available to all US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc. (Free shipping offer does apply)

Rough Shipping ETA:

US Territories: 4-6 days

Canada: 7-10 days

Europe: 12-18 days

Asia: 14-18 days

South America: 12-18 days
